Proper Conduct Regarding the Quran

Allah, the Exalted, says: "Verily, those who recite the Book (the Quran) of Allah and perform the prayer and give from what We have provided them, secretly and publicly, [can] expect a profit that will never perish; That He may give them in full their rewards and increase for them from His bounty. Indeed, He is Forgiving, Appreciative." (35 Fatir: 29-30).

Aaisha stated that the Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever reads the Quran and is proficient in it, will be with the noble and righteous recording Angels; and whoever reads the Quran stammeringly, while it is difficult for him, will have a double reward."
