Prayer Handbook

This book is a manual for prayer compiled from reference works on the subject, a list of which can be found in this book. It is a practical handbook that covers prayer as comprehensively as possible in all its forms (obligatory, supplementary, voluntary, etc.) and everything related to it: ritual ablution, major ritual ablution, the calls to prayer, and the supplications that the Prophet (pbuh) recited during prayer. One of the main features of this book is that it explains the meaning of each gesture of the prayer. Since we wanted to keep this book simple and clear, we have lightened the content by not including the Quranic verses and hadiths. However, we did want to make learning the prayer easier, and therefore we felt it appropriate to include several illustrations that correspond with what the Prophet (pbuh) taught us.
