Kinghoff 1672 - Pancake Pan - 26.5 cm - Faces

Heavy frying pan for 4 smiley fritters, Ø26.5cm. Made of solid cast aluminum. Covered with a new generation of marble coating. Unlike classic, light pans, it heats up more intensely and retains the temperature for longer.

Soft-touch handle, covered with a thin layer of silicone.

The coating used is enriched with fine granite particles, giving it greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon, but at the same time retains its advantages: it does not burn and distributes heat well. It combines the benefits of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon, but is more resistant to damage and even outperforms ceramic coatings. Due to the marble coating on this pan, the cookware is extremely scratch-resistant and durable. With this type of pan, you can also bake with a minimum amount of fat, because the pan heats up in the same way as a stone and releases heat over the entire surface.
