Religious Extremism

Islam and aggression and violence are nowadays almost always portrayed as coexistent. The subject of extremism is a sensitive topic that covers many aspects. It is a complicated problem that has not only caused much misery, but continues to do so. Many Muslims today cannot be seen as followers of an essentially just faith, so they are partially to blame for this negative image. Whatever the mistake may be, the only remedy must be in accordance with the balanced Sharia method of reform and not through extremism. Muslims cannot allow themselves to be overcome by their emotions, which leads them to commit many acts that are, at the very least, questionable in the light of the Shariah.
