Salafism: From Myth to Reality

Adhering to the predecessors (as-salaf) and Salafism (as-salafiyya) is well-known among the Imams, the scholars, and all people, both those of the past and those of the present.

One of the scholars who addressed this subject most and in the best way in our time is the hadith scholar and reformer Shaykh Muhammad Nâsir ad-Dîn al-Albânî, who made many efforts to explain the characteristics of the Salafi path, the fundamental principles of Salafism, and its nature.

This is a compilation of four lectures given by Shaykh al-Albânî, which were transcribed and annotated by Shaykh 'Amr 'Abd al-Mun'im Salîm, titled:

- The fundamental principles of the Salafi message
- Salafism and other movements (also concerning the four schools of thought or madhahib)
- Ambiguities surrounding Salafism
- The reality of the Salafi message.Show more
