If you value a healthy kitchen and your diet is full of fruits and vegetables, a stainless steel steam juicer with a 10 L capacity is a fantastic pot that will help you produce healthy, vitamin-packed juices. Made from heat-resistant material, the juicer is suitable for use on all types of stoves, including induction hobs. The device is extremely user-friendly - it consists of three overlapping sections: the top one (10L), where the fruit is placed; the middle one, where the juice collects; and the bottom one, which must be filled with water. An additional advantage of the juicer is the drain clamp, which allows the juice to be poured from the middle vessel directly into a carafe, bottle, or jar via a silicone tube. The benefit of making homemade juices with this juicer is that more nutrients are retained in the final product. Juices are made in a very simple and fast way - for soft fruit (strawberries, raspberries), obtaining your own juice is possible in just over half an hour! The juicer is also very easy to clean - it can be washed in the dishwasher.

Usage:

Fill the water pot with water up to approximately 2 cm below the top rim. Then place the other parts on top according to the instructions. Put the prepared, washed fruit into the bowl. Soft fruit, such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and currants, is poured in whole - not crushed. Hard fruit (apples, pears) should be cut into pieces smaller than 3 cm. The fruit is sprinkled with sugar in an amount of 100 to 500 grams. The whole set is covered with a lid and the vessel's drain clamp is closed. The set prepared in this way is placed on a heat source (gas stove, electric stove, etc.) and brought slowly to a boil. Under the influence of water vapor and increased temperature, the fruit begins to release juice, which collects in the central vessel.

The time required to obtain the juice, counted from the moment the water boils (steam appears in the top vessel), is:

- for soft fruit (strawberries, raspberries) 20 - 30 minutes;

- for semi-hard fruit (blackcurrant, blueberry) 30 - 40 minutes;

- for hard fruit (apples, pears) - 45 - 60 minutes;

Approximately 15 minutes after the water boils, the drain clamp is opened and the collected juice can be poured directly into bottles or jars using the silicone tube. Immediately after filling, they must be covered or sealed with a twist-off cap. Bottles (jars) filled with juice, covered with caps or lids, are placed in a pot of water and pasteurized for 30 minutes (counted from the moment the water boils). To obtain high-quality, long-lasting juice, it is important that all steps during preparation are carried out in absolute cleanliness. Use standard dishwashing detergents to wash the parts of the juicer, but avoid sharp brushes, sponges, or powders that could scratch the cookware. Jars, bottles, caps, and lids must be washed equally thoroughly.
